Offered minimum: 30 · Typically around: 40 hours
Scheduling and additional hours
Shifts are scheduled within this availability window, with days off. Hours above the offered weekly minimum depend on operations; occasional overtime may be available in summer.
Applicable minimum
The applicable legal minimum will be paid if it is higher.
Training and development
Paid, supervised training in Gridley prepares you to operate a CRV center and take on center responsibilities as the company grows.

Paid-training rate
$16.90 per hour
Qualified rate
$18.65 per hour
Pay transition
The qualified rate applies after documented training and authorization demonstrate that you know and apply the rules and can operate independently. Qualification does not depend on a new center opening or an automatic calendar-based increase.
